四、教科研成果:副教授,硕士研究生导师,中国农业大学博士,美国Texas A&M University博士后、助理研究员。研究领域为小麦高产高效优质栽培理论与技术、小麦微量营养调控、玉米逆境生理与抗逆栽培。获河南省科技进步二等奖1项,先后参与完成国家计划课题3项,主持完成省自然科学面上基金1项,省科技攻关项目2项,市厅级项目3项。在Field Crops Research、Agricultural Water Management等国际主流期刊发表研究论文40余篇,其中SCI收录20篇,获授权发明专利1项,参与出版专著1部,参与完成省级科技成果1项。为SCI收录期刊Field Crops Research、Agricultural Water Management审稿人。
